NO SHIPPING COSTS

At Explore Plus, we cover all shipping costs for your order – no matter where in the world you live. Our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. We partner with DHL, UPS and GLS, so all our products are shipped via one of these three reliable shipping partners. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive track & trace information as soon as possible, allowing you to track your order.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

We believe you shouldn't have to pay extra for shipping. To achieve this, some products are shipped directly from the supplier or a secondary warehouse to your address. This allows us to significantly reduce storage, transport, and packaging costs and offer you the products at a reasonable price. This reduces CO2 emissions and prevents the waste of large inventories.

SHIPPING TIME

We process all orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on your location:

  • European countries (e.g., Germany, France, Poland, Denmark etc.): approx. 3–5 business days

  • USA, Canada & Australia: approx. 6–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: approx. 6–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: approx. 7–12 business days

Please note that during extremely busy periods, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but in exceptional circumstances, we cannot guarantee the stated delivery time. We kindly ask for your understanding.

CANCEL ORDER

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After these 24 hours, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. This is because the order is already too far along in the processing process, and our team has already started working on it, and we often can't retrieve the order.

NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING?

If the order is lost in transit or the buyer claims not to have received it (even if this is reflected in the tracking information), an investigation will be initiated with the carrier. To maintain high customer satisfaction, we will provide the customer with a suitable solution as quickly as possible. We usually wait for this investigation to complete and then either send a new product or refund the purchase price. Both we and the customer must fully cooperate with the carrier.
