Returns Policy
At Explore Plus, we have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at info@exploreplus.co to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
Please note: Returns are at the customer's own expense unless there is an error on our part or the product is damaged.
DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue.
REFUNDS
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. Once approved, the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment account. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
CANCEL ORDER
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After these 24 hours, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. This is because the order is already too far along in the processing process, and our team has already started working on it, and we often can't retrieve the order.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we can often only accept returns of discounted items for a credit that you can then use in our online shop.
