1. What is the warranty on your products?
At Explore Plus, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This means you can try our products for 30 days without any obligations. Not satisfied with the product? No problem! Just contact us, and we’ll arrange a hassle-free return and refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority!


2. What should I do if I want to return my product?
If you’d like to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@exploreplus.co. We’ll guide you through the return process and ensure you receive your refund quickly. Please make sure the product is returned in its original condition.


3. How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Shipping times depend on your location:

  • European countries (e.g., Germany, France, Poland, etc.): approx. 3–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: approx. 6–10 business days

  • USA, Canada & Australia: approx. 6–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: approx. 7–12 business days

We work with reliable partners such as DHL, UPS, and GLS to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.


4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, and Credit Card. This allows you to always pay for your order safely and easily.


5. Are your products suitable for long journeys?
Yes! Our products, such as the travel pillow, are designed with comfort and support in mind for long journeys. The travel pillow provides excellent neck support without sagging and is compact and easy to carry – perfect for use on planes, cars, or trains.


6. What makes the Explore Plus travel pillow different from others?
Our travel pillow has an ergonomic U-shaped design, made of high-quality memory foam, and features an adjustable Velcro closure for the perfect fit. It’s lightweight, compact, and comfortable, making it the perfect choice for long journeys. In addition, it comes with a handy storage bag, and the cover is removable and washable.


7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, this is possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@exploreplus.co. After this period, your order is likely already being processed, and unfortunately, we can no longer modify or cancel it. We’ll always do our best to help you within the 24-hour window!


8. Do you have a physical store where I can buy the products?
We are currently working on opening a physical store, but for now, our products are only available through our webshop at exploreplus.co. This allows us to offer competitive prices and fast delivery. If you have any questions about a product, we’re always happy to help via email or our customer service form.


9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or has an issue?
If your order is damaged or has any issue, please contact us immediately at info@exploreplus.co. We’ll make sure the problem is resolved quickly – whether that means sending you a replacement product or issuing a refund.


10. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from us. With this, you can follow your package and view the delivery status in real-time.
